Sierra South Store Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, please return it for a refund or exchange. Sierra South does not accept returns on sale items, used kayaks and used gear.

Returns & Exchanges: Returns or Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please call to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Returned or exchanged items must be in new, re-salable condition with all packaging and tags intact to receive credit. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Your original form of payment will be credited for the item returned.

Sierra South will refund shipping fees on errors and/or defective products.
